On-Groong Armenian Newspaper Format

Various Armenian newspapers currently issue special issues for Groong. We encourage more newspapers to share a section of their material with our readers. In order to make the material more readable, we request that the newspapers follow some simple formatting and content rules:

Submissions must be in CLEAR-TEXT only. No HTML or Rich-Text-File please. This can be set in your mail reader's preferences.
No attachments. No Word Documents, no pictures, and we currently can not use Armenian language articles either.
Put the name of the newspaper in the subject line, followed with a dash, then the date MM/DD/YYYY. eg_ "California Courier - 12/29/2010"
Put the electronic letterhead of your newspaper at the top of the issue. This is a few short lines of contact info. name, address, phone numbers, email address, web address, etc.
Provide at least 3-4 articles. Include no more than one editorial. The editorial should be the last item, and it should not overwhelm the issue. ie_ The whole point of putting the issue on Groong is not to get your editorial out.
Provide a list of the article headlines at the top, for easy scanning of the topics in the issue.
Separate article with an easily recognizable delimiter line. For example: 75 stars.
Email the issue to Groong.
